We collect the information you provide through our application, partnership, Experience Lab and contact forms. This may include your name, contact details, education history, current employment status, availability, access to equipment and connectivity, and the written responses you submit.
How We Use It
Information is used to assess applications, communicate with you about the programme, understand support needs, manage partnerships and projects, and report anonymised, aggregated programme outcomes.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Where a learner is being introduced to an employer or opportunity, relevant details are shared only with that learner's knowledge and consent.
Storage and Security
Submissions are stored in a secured database with restricted, role-based access available only to authorised Novara staff.
Your Rights
In line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@novarainstitute.co.za.
